Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order anytime before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but unopened items may be returned subject to our return terms.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to hygiene and the organic nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product arrived damaged, defective, or with an unbroken original tamper-evident seal.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days. For COD orders, refund is issued via direct bank transfer or UPI.
